Ampe A76 Elite is an attractive, slim (9.5mm) and light Tablet. Its native resolution is 800×480 pixels. The touchscreen utilizes intelligent dynamic backlight adjustment technology for a clear and bright picture. Ampe A76 Elite comes with 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi connectivity and Flash 11.1 support. Ampe A76 has a single 0.3 Megapixel webcam at front.

Design and performance
Ampe is slim and has a good feel about it. It has the ports located on the top edge and on the edge right to it has the power on and volume up/down buttons. The camera is located in the middle of its front.
Ampe sports All Winner A13 1.0 GHz CPU and Android 4.0.3 operating system. It comes with 512 built-in RAM. But you can use up to 16GB SD card. We found Ampe A76 Elite to be sluggish when we tried to execute graphically more demanding programs. However, the video quality was nice, sound output was good, and internet browsing experience was decent with a stable connection. On the negative side, the battery backup was poor. It can only give 4 hours of backup. The charger is poorly designed.

Conclusion
Ampe A76 Elite 7 inch Tablet PC is recommendable for anyone looking for a Tablet PC under $90. You can expect it to perform nicely when internet browsing and doing a simple task as video chatting, using Skype, Facebook, watching videos on Youtube or listening to music. Playing games however is not a good idea on Ampe A76 Elite, mostly due to less RAM. However, it can still give you a nice experience when playing basic games.
